禁酒だ！牛バラ肉のワイン煮だ！
先週は酒癖が悪すぎたので、反省して今週は禁酒しております。が、ここで困ったことが、、先週開けたワインが半分残ってる。。というわけで、牛ほほ肉のワイン煮でも作ってやろうかということになりましたが、ハナマサに牛ほほ肉が売っていない。。レアな部位なのかな？ということで、代わりに牛バラ肉を購入。ただいま煮ております。。ぐへへ、おいしいかな？楽しみだ。

コトコト煮こんでます。ここで様子見、、硬い！バラ肉って硬いのか、、どうしよ、、ということで、トロトロは期待できなそうです。。あきらめてご飯炊き中。あと20分ぐらいだな。

できた！切り分けお皿へ。ちなみに、バラ肉と煮込んだのは玉ねぎ1個。玉ねぎはトロトロになってました。トロトロ玉ねぎとからしを混ぜたのを合え完成！
バラ肉はトロトロという感じではなく、ゴツゴツ。男の料理って感じだ。ピリッとしてからしが効いて、白米に合う！
あー、ワイン飲みてー！明日は楽天で注文したワイン、ヴァルトローが届く日。禁酒解禁だな。
