杏仁豆腐を作ってみた、チキンラーメンどんぶりで。買ってきた杏仁豆腐の基は300ccの熱湯と200ccの牛乳に溶かすだけという簡単なもの。杏仁豆腐で1番おいしいと思う店は揚州商人で、そこの味には及ばないものの、そこらへんの店で出しているものよりはおいしいものができた。300円程度でこの味、この量できるのはかなり魅力的だ。 残念ながら杏仁豆腐の基の商品名、メーカーは忘れました。今度買ってきたときに追記しておきます。
