餃子を作ってみた
早めに帰宅できたので餃子を作ろうと思い1本60円の焼き鳥屋で焼き鳥を数本購入し(※焼き鳥は餃子作りの際のビールのつまみ)、餃子の材料を買いに東急ストアに向かった。
武蔵小山在住の人であれば知っていると思うが、東急ストアの前にある八百屋はアホみたいに安い。というか、確実に値段を間違えている。さらに言うと、親父が赤塚不二夫に似ていると思う。というわけで、白菜とニラとにんにくを適当に購入。次に東急ストアで残りの材料である豚肉と皮2パックを購入し帰宅。ビールと焼き鳥を片手に餃子を作り始めた。
餃子を作り始めて数十分。皮1パック分(25枚)を作り終えたところであることに気づく。残りの皮は1パックなのに対し明らかに具が余り過ぎているのだ。。考えるのが面倒くさい。事態を重く見た僕は具にラップをかけ冷蔵庫に封印。とりあえず問題を先送りにし逃げてみた。
その後、餃子をフライパンで焼き完食！
アルコールのせいもあってか充実感で満ち溢れていた。
