LOTUS（ロータス）@表参道
大学生時代思い出の地、原宿、表参道、青山。そこにあるLOTUS（ロータス）に行ってきました。
このお店に初めて行ったのは大学生時代、当時バイトをしていた会社の清水さんの紹介でした。「おすすめの店に連れてってやるよ」と青山にある会社から、徹夜明け、2人ブラブラと青山通りを表参道まで移動。このお店にたどり着きました。
お店の外見はハッキリ言っておしゃれです。僕から言わせてもらえば、おしゃれとうまい料理というものは相反するものだというひねくれた考えを持っていたので、味についてはあまり期待しないことにしました。お店に入るとTシャツや小物が売っています。清水さん曰く、「ここのTシャツはGDC（グランドキャニオン）とLOTUSのダブルネームなんだぜ」とのこと。なんかおしゃれです。
その後、席に通されたのですが、場所は地下。階段がおしゃれです。しかも、席は吹き抜けで太陽の光が注しています。
まず、最初に注文したのがビシソワーズでした。初めて飲んだその味は今でも忘れられません。うまかったんですよ。おしゃれ＆うまいです。いろんな意味で思い出深い瞬間でした。
当時はサラダなど、他も適当に頼み、最後にこのうなぎチャーハンを頼みました。てか、うまいねこれ。最高だよ！徹夜明けということもあり、疲れてたのかもしれませんが、感動してましたね。。。。とまあ、昔を振り返り、数年ぶりにLOTUSに行って来たのですが、いい店ですね。かなりおすすめです。ちなみに、店員はみんな若く、かわいいです。なんか、ミステリアスですがそんなところもおすすめです。
その後、せっかくきたので、NOWHEREでAPEのTシャツを買い、その辺を散策しました。この写真に移ってるのお店はアンダーカバーです。地下にAPECAFEがあったと思うのですが、看板が取り除かれているのでつぶれてしまったのでしょうね。。
あー、懐かしかった。LOTUS最高～！
